Job summary

Tactiq seeks a Field Execution Manager to support both retail and vendor partners across the Northeast United States. The role involves extensive travel, building vendor relationships, sharing market insights, and conducting site visits for planogram execution and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in distribution and retail, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to present data effectively. This position requires eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of distribution industry experience.
• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with schematic creation (preferred).
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relations with a major retail partner and assist in retailer category management.
• Act as a liaison between retailer and vendor partners to improve execution and identify insights.
• Coordinate and communicate planned events such as promotions, new stores and store resets.
• Interface between Tactiq, retailer, and distributor network to develop revenue sources and resolve issues.
• Support the research and sourcing of new distributors and products.
• Provide category insights using reports and scorecards to support retailer with DSD products.
• Develop recurring analyses and weekly/monthly/YTD reporting on distributor performance and planogram compliance.
• Create schematics using space/product rationalization.
