Job summary

Tactiq is seeking a Field Execution Manager to support retail and vendor partners across the Northeast United States. The role involves documenting vendor execution, attending partner meetings, and guiding planogram compliance through site visits.

Travel will be frequent, with a focus on building trust, sharing insights, and improving distributor coordination. The position requires strong data presentation and relationship management skills to drive sales growth.

Qualifications

Must reside in PA, NC, VA, or IL and near a major airport.
Ability to travel every week within the MidAtlantic United States.
Ability to travel at a minimum of 95%.
2+ years of distribution industry experience.
2+ years of retail experience.
Retail and/or food/beverage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as liaison between retailer and vendor partners to improve execution and profitability.
Coordinate and communicate planned events such as promotions, store resets, and launches.
Interface between Tactiq, retailer, and distributor networks to develop revenue sources and resolve issues.
Support research and sourcing of new distributors and products.
Provide category insights using reports, dashboards, and scorecards to the retailer.
Develop regular analyses and reports on distributor performance, lost sales, and planogram compliance.
Create schematics using space/product rationalization and manage item setup and promotions.

Position Purpose

As a Field Execution Manager, you will support both retail and vendor partners within the Northeast United States territory. Your role will be critical to building the relationship Tactiq has with vendors, and will include sharing insights and data, market trends, and building trust with stakeholders. This role will require a significant amount of travel throughout the region, and will consist of site visits to document vendor execution, partner meetings, consultation on schematics and retail space planning, and document planogram execution and compliance.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions

Work with a major retail partner to maintain company relations, assist in retailer category management, and achieve desired sales/operational expectations
Act as a liaison between retailer and vendor partners to improve vendor execution of retailer objectives and to identify and present key insights to vendors that will improve efficiencies and profitability
Coordinate and communicate planned events such as promotions, new stores and store resets, and other various retailer lead initiatives
Interface between Tactiq, retailer, and distributor network to develop, maintain and enhance current and future business and revenue sources as well as resolve issues when they arise
Support the research and sourcing of new distributors and products
Provide category insights and analysis leveraging Tactiq and retailer provided reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and support to the retailer with DSD products
Develop and facilitate recurring analysis such as weekly, monthly, quarterly and YTD reporting pertaining to distributor performance, the impact of lost sales, planogram compliance, and item void tracking. The Field Execution Manager will also work closely with retailer on proper Pipeline usage weekly.
Schematic creation while using space/product rationalization
New item set up, item maintenance, promo/TPR set up, zone alignments, maintain/update item list and store list

Requirements

Must reside in PA, NC, VA, or IL and near a major airport
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree (in business or related field)
Ability to travel every week within the MidAtlantic United States
Ability to travel at a minimum of 95%
2+ Years of distribution industry experience
2+ Years of retail experience
Retail and/or food/beverage experience (preferred)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with schematic creation (preferred)
Experience with MicroStrategy (preferred)
Experience working with retail and distribution partners
The ability to clearly, concisely and convincingly present data and insights
Proven experience in retail and/or distribution relationship management
Experience building and sharing reports and data with technical and non-technical resources
