Job summary

Channel Partners in Massillon, OH, seeks an Area Execution Manager to lead in-store merchandising and project execution across an assigned market. You’ll mentor a team, coordinate resets, and ensure planograms and client standards are met with accuracy.

The role requires travel across stores, safeguarding safety protocols, and timely reporting via mobile apps. Eligible candidates bring 2+ years of field experience and a hands-on, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail merchandising, fixture installation, or related field.
• Experience guiding field teams or associates.
• Must have valid driver's license and own transport.
• Willing to travel throughout the market, including overnight.
• Possesses ability to work a full-time schedule including early/late hours

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise in-store merchandising, resets, and installations.
• Direct in-store team on projects and inspect work for standards.
• Maintain relationships with store management and client reps.
• Submit on-time reports with photos and data via mobile apps.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards and proper tool use.
• Assist in interviews and onboarding of new associates as requested.
