This role offers growth toward a Superintendent role, with hands-on training in field execution, communication, and leadership across multiple projects in the Carolinas.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of construction or field experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and develop field leadership skills.
• Familiarity with construction technology (Procore, Bluebeam) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily job site activities to support production and workflow.
• Support communication with subcontractors and field crews to reinforce expectations.
• Monitor work to meet quality and safety standards; assist with punch lists and close-out.

Education

OSHA certification preferred

Valid driver’s license
