Job summary

UrbanCore Construction is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to keep the field organized and on track. You will coordinate trades, support production, maintain quality, and help ensure work is ready before crews arrive. You will be the Superintendent's right hand, measuring success by how well the project flows.

The role emphasizes disciplined planning, safety leadership, and clear communication to deliver predictable results and protect the schedule on site.

Qualifications

• Construction field experience preferred.
• Experience reading construction drawings preferred.
• ProCore experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations alongside the Superintendent to keep field work flowing smoothly.
• Walk the project to identify deficiencies, safety concerns, and roadblocks before they impact production.
• Maintain high standards for quality, organization, and craftsmanship on site.
• Coordinate inspections and maintain accurate field documentation; assist with punch list and closeout activities.
