Job summary

Next 150 Construction Services is seeking a Construction Superintendent II to lead field operations on a high-value project in the Carolinas. The role coordinates trade contractors, manages safety, quality, and schedule, and supports daily planning, documentation, and field execution.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or Construction Management, 3+ years leading crews, OSHA 30, and a track record on $20–50M projects with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 3+ years’ experience leading crews of 20-25+ craft in a superintendent capacity, 5-8 years construction experience.
• Superintendent experience on projects of total value $20 million - $50 million+.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates assigned trade contractors and field activities to support adherence to approved schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Reviews contract documents, drawings, and specifications for assigned scopes.
• Maintains daily field reports, safety documentation, and records using required systems.
• Supports safety orientations, conducts safety observations and audits, and enforces safety policies.
