Job summary

Renewal by Andersen seeks an Event Marketing Manager to split time between the office and on-site events and travel. You will support the Director of Event Marketing in recruiting, hiring, and training Event Marketing Promoters, and participate in researching and booking events to grow retail presence.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, competitive, and performance-driven culture across Event and Retail Marketing teams.
• Coach and develop the Team Lead to strengthen leadership and accountability.
• Ensure team performance and review market outcomes with the Director.
• Identify opportunities to improve team and market performance with the Team Lead.
• Conduct a minimum of two Event/Retail site visits per weekend (eight hours in the field).
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training reps.
• Research, evaluate, and book new events and retail locations.
• Maintain lead-setting policies and ensure proper scheduling and follow-up.
• Provide consumer feedback and field observations for recaps and decisions.
• Meet weekly with the Director of Event & Retail Marketing to review objectives.
• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown as needed.
