Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Marketing Event Coordinator to execute in-person activations, displays, and signage. You will independently manage logistics and support the evolving needs of Marketing and the business.

Key duties include managing department displays, inventory upkeep, and coordinating with the Events team. Candidate should have strong communication, attention to detail, and flexibility for onsite hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Dedicated onsite hours, weekend availability, and flexibility.
• Valid WI driver’s license and ability to pass insurance check for driving.

Responsibilities

• Manage all displays for the Marketing Department
• Inventory, Inspection, and Upkeep
• Maintain open communication with the Events and Retail team, including the Managers and Coordinators
• Set up and dismantle activations that require more than a pickup truck
• Build retail and mobile displays that align with branding guidelines and functionality for consumers
• Ensure all home show displays are prepared and set up correctly for the season
• Oversee and maintain vehicles, including rental trucks and the Mobile Design Center
