Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Marketing Event Coordinator to lead in-person activations, displays and signage. You will independently manage logistics, support Marketing and the business, and collaborate with Events and Retail teams.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organization, and the ability to travel to various locations and events, including weekends, with a valid WI driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience executing in-person activations, displays and signage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and logistics with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage all displays for the Marketing Department.
• Inventory, inspection, and upkeep of displays and equipment.
• Set up and dismantle activations requiring more than a pickup truck.
• Build retail and mobile displays aligned with branding guidelines.
• Prepare home show displays for each season.
• Oversee vehicles, including rental trucks and the Mobile Design Center.
