Job summary

Renewal by Andersen in Columbia, SC seeks a Site Lead for Event Marketing to coach on-site teams and drive recruiting, hiring, and training efforts across events and retail locations. You will split time between the office and field, conducting 1-on-1 coaching, reviews, and inventory management while ensuring adherence to lead-setting policies and delivering strong consumer engagement.

The role emphasizes travel to events, hands-on coaching, and collaboration with the Director of Event Marketing

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience managing teams of 5–10 people.
• Experience in Marketing and/or Sales.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Adaptability in a changing environment.
• Data-driven with ability to tell stories from data.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of positive reinforcement at each event/retail location.
• Conduct weekly site visits to coach and review events with written reports.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training of Event Promoters.
• Research and book events/retail locations.
• Ensure lead-setting policies are followed even at risk of losing an appointment.
• Be the point of contact for event agents on location.
• Be ready to go out in the field when needed and supply event materials.
• Conduct in-person 1-on-1 coaching and performance reviews.
• Set up, execute, and break down events as needed.
• Provide consumer feedback for event recaps.
• Maintain professionalism at all times.
• Keep inventory and displays in good order.
