Renewal by Andersen STL is seeking a Community Events Manager to support our non-traditional marketing team. You’ll coordinate community events, staff scheduling, and field operations to deliver standout customer experiences. This role thrives in a fast-paced environment and requires travel to events across the territory.

You’ll work closely with the Non-Traditional Marketing Manager and broader team, ensuring events are well-organized, staffed, and executed with a strong guest focus.

Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating events, field marketing, or promotions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience coordinating schedules, logistics, or field operations preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Primarily in-field work rather than traditional office setting.
• Familiarity with budgets and event expense tracking is a plus.
