Qualifications

• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and time dependent activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide information key brand details to customers regarding RbA products and the sales process.
• Guide and educate customers through a conversation to determine how we can help them and set appointments.
• Fulfill appointment conversion goals within stated guidelines.
• Set up and tear down event/retail booth spaces as needed.
• Deliver a World Class Homeowner Experience with clear communication and brand consistency.
