Job summary

Andersen Corporation seeks a part-time Events & Retail Marketing Rep in Jessup, MD to engage homeowners at events, retail venues, and showroom shifts. You will educate customers on Renewal by Andersen products and set home visits for in-home consultations, representing the brand positively and generating high-quality leads.

Responsibilities include lead management, setting appointments, partnering with the sales team, and room setup/teardown as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and coordination abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and time-dependent activities
• Flexibility and willingness to work varied schedules
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Event/retail marketing experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners at events, retail locations, and showroom shifts to generate qualified leads
• Educate customers on Renewal by Andersen products and guide conversations toward appointment setting
• Follow lead management process to set in-home consultations and appointments
• Assist with booth setup and teardown; attend team meetings and trainings
