Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Garner, NC, seeks an Event & Retail Manager to cost-effectively drive non-media lead generation and local awareness through showrooms, partnerships, community groups, job-site marketing and company events.

You will recruit and train staff, manage schedules, oversee showroom events, track expenses and leads, and report on performance to inform decisions. A bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications and 1–2 years’ event planning experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience planning and coordinating events.
• Strong project management with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze the effectiveness of events, sponsorships, and local marketing programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train staff for internal and external retail spaces.
• Establish partnerships and identify opportunities to generate qualified leads.
• Manage schedules for internal and external retail teams.
• Oversee showroom events to generate leads and support showroom staff.
• Track expenses, leads, sales, and performance metrics across showrooms and events.
• Staff showrooms and partnerships as needed.
