Qualifications

• Experiences in estimating, managing, or supervising residential, multifamily, or light commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and materials.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and construction documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site evaluations throughout Greater Boston
• Meet professionally with property owners, developers, and client representatives
• Take accurate field measurements using laser measuring equipment
• Photograph and document existing conditions
• Identify potential construction challenges and site constraints
• Develop preliminary scopes of work
• Prepare conceptual and detailed estimates using estimating software
• Upload project documentation into project management system
• Coordinate with leadership, design, and preconstruction teams
• Support field activities and contribute to accurate budgeting
