Job summary

Bobcat of Atlanta is seeking a dynamic sales professional to manage and grow existing customer accounts, driving targeted sales performance. You will visit sites, assist the outside team, and promote Bobcat equipment with a focus on developing long‑term relationships.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and willingness to travel within the territory; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Comprehensive benefits and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Active listening and territory management ability.
• Prior success selling industrial equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers; call on clients.
• Assist outside sales reps on calls, trade-in requests, and deal closure.
• Visit construction sites and owner/operator locations within the territory.
• Promote Bobcat products and demonstrate rentals to grow sales.
• Update customer database and manage sales pipeline using company platforms.
• Stay informed on new products and supplier developments.
