Qualifications

• Minimum five years experience in heavy equipment diagnosis and repair.
• Minimum one year of Field Service experience preferred.
• Valid CDL with a clean driving record and DOT compliance.
• Caterpillar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops basic troubleshooting skills on engine and equipment systems.
• Assists with testing and data comparison to specifications.
• Assists with repairs and diagnosing machine failures per time guidelines.
• Performs inspections and minor troubleshooting independently.
• Install, repair, and service telematics systems and write detailed service reports.
