Job summary

Plumbing Systems Inc. (PSI) in Colorado is seeking an Environmental Project Manager to lead sewer, drain, underground, and environmental service projects from planning through closeout. You will coordinate crews, materials, and budgets while guiding field teams for high-quality results.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus field presence to ensure safety and customer satisfaction on active job sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects and people within environmental services, construction, skilled trades, plumbing, sewer and drain, underground utilities, HVAC, or home services.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and project coordination skills.
• Experience managing field teams and holding team members accountable.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and customer expectations.
• Experience with CCTV sewer inspection, CIPP, SIPP, trenchless rehabilitation, pipe lining, or pipe bursting is a plus.
• Willingness to work in the field, visit active jobsites, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• This position requires regular operation of a company vehicle; candidates must have a valid driver's license and meet company vehicle insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental projects from planning through final closeout.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, equipment, resources, and field personnel to keep projects on track.
• Lead and support field teams while maintaining accountability for quality and performance.
• Conduct site walks, assess project conditions, and prepare teams for successful execution.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, and customer expectations.
• Communicate with customers, field teams, leadership, and other departments throughout the project.
• Identify project issues, manage change orders, and develop solutions to keep work moving.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with a high standard of customer service.
