Qualifications

• B.S. degree in civil/environmental engineering or related field.
• 4-8 years of combined engineering and project management experience.
• Creative problem solver who enjoys finding unique solutions to environmental challenges in a collaborative environment.
• Able to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of environmental engineering projects from concept through design, permitting, construction, and long-term compliance.
• Investigate complex environmental challenges, identify root causes, and develop innovative, practical solutions for clients across a variety of industries.
• Lead some of the company's most technically challenging and rewarding projects involving wastewater, stormwater, groundwater, air quality, and soil systems.
• Design treatment, remediation, and infrastructure solutions that balance technical performance, regulatory requirements, and client objectives.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, scopes, and client expectations while maintaining high-quality technical work and deliverables.
• Collaborate with and help lead a team of exceptional engineers, geologists, and technicians while developing project scopes, proposals, and technical reports.
• Participate in key field investigations, site assessments, design evaluations, and construction oversight activities to support project development and successful implementation
