Job summary

Groundwater & Environmental Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Environmental/Ecological Project Manager to lead our Denver operations. This role focuses on field leadership, planning, budgeting, and regulatory compliance for complex ecological projects with national scope.

You will guide staff, manage resources, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality environmental solutions and reports.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional ecological experience including permitting and regulatory work.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of ecological laws, regulations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and document field aspects of complex ecological projects.
• Provide project leadership, scheduling, budgeting and reporting support.
• Manage staff and subcontractors to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Develop work plans, proposals and client-facing deliverables.
