Plumbing Systems Inc. (PSI) is seeking an Environmental Project Manager to lead sewer, drain, underground and environmental service projects from start to finish.

Based in Gypsum, CO with relocation offered, this hands-on role requires coordinating field teams, materials, equipment, and customers to deliver on time and within budget. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgets, safety, and quality, while communicating with clients and internal teams to keep work moving.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects and people within environmental services, construction, or home services.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate field teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental projects from planning through final closeout.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, equipment, resources, and field personnel to keep projects on track.
• Lead field teams with accountability for quality and safety.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and customer expectations.
• Communicate with customers, field teams, and leadership throughout the project.
• Identify issues and develop solutions to keep work moving.
• Ensure projects are completed safely and to a high standard of service.
