Job summary

Plumbing Systems Inc. (PSI) in Gypsum, CO, seeks an Environmental Project Manager to lead sewer, drain, underground and environmental service projects from start to finish.

You will keep projects organized, on schedule, and on budget while guiding field teams. This hands-on role requires strong project management, leadership, and problem-solving, with time spent in the field to ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing environmental, construction, or plumbing projects and teams.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and coordination skills.
• Experience leading field crews and ensuring accountability.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, resources, and customer expectations.
• Knowledge of sewer/drain, underground utilities, excavation, or environmental services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental projects from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, equipment, resources, and field personnel to keep projects on track.
• Provide direction and support to field teams to ensure quality and safety.
• Conduct site walks, assess conditions, and prepare teams for execution.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, quality, and customer expectations.
• Communicate with customers, teams, leadership, and other departments throughout the project.
• Identify issues, manage change orders, and develop solutions to maintain progress.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of customer service.
