Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in utility transmission, distribution, substations, field engineering, testing, maintenance, construction, or related operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to train and instruct staff.
• Working knowledge of labor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze tasks and training needs with field personnel.
• Develop and implement training and field quality audit programs.
• Supervise and instruct trainees during classroom, hands-on and on-the-job training assignments.
• Evaluate performance and follow up on trainees through field visits and refresher training.
