Job summary

Eversource Energy seeks an experienced trainer to develop and deliver technical training for Field Communication and Field Engineering teams. The role blends classroom and hands‑on instruction, updating standards and procedures with input from engineers and vendors.

Responsibilities include analyzing job tasks, auditing field performance, supervising trainees, and evaluating learning outcomes. Travel between MA/CT/NH may be required; emergency restoration work is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in utility transmission, distribution, substations, field engineering or related operations.
• Experience in training or instructional roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training programs for Field Communication and Field Engineering teams.
• Lead classroom, hands‑on and on‑the‑job training sessions and supervise trainees.
• Analyze job tasks and field performance to determine training content and assess learning outcomes.
