Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs with Field Engineering and Field Communications to determine content
• Implement training programs and field quality audits
• Supervise and instruct trainees during classroom, hands-on and on-the-job training
• Evaluate trainee performance through field visits and refresher training
• Coordinate training programs and scheduling; oversee technical trainers
• Lead area work center activities during manager absence
