Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to develop and conduct technical training programs for Field Training, encompassing classroom and hands‑on methods. You will participate in testing, standards revision, quality audits, and certification of field staff.

At the Senior level, you will serve as a local technical lead, coach other trainers, and drive innovation in business processes while coordinating training resources and delegating responsibilities to ensure program success

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Requires leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present theory and hands‑on instruction with clarity and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct technical training programs for Field Training, including classroom and on‑the‑job training.
• Lead and coach other trainers, authorize resource allocation, and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate training programs, scheduling, and oversight of technical trainers; deliver trainings as needed.
