Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Field Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of Field Engineers at client sites around the Sullivan, Indiana area. You will mentor new hires and current staff, coordinate projects with Project Management, and ensure work is delivered on time and within budget.

You will drive resource coordination, provide high-level technical guidance on ALC systems, and maintain safety and quality standards while developing team capabilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required, with 2+ years in PLC, HVAC controls or building automation.
• 2+ years of team management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and visit job sites regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Field Engineers, coordinating resources for projects.
• Monitor budgets and ensure quality-control across field work.
• Schedule work with subcontractors and track daily logs/timesheets.
• Develop training plans and conduct performance reviews.
• Collaborate across Engineering and Graphics teams to improve standards.
