A strong background in PLC/HVAC controls, building automation, and project leadership is essential. The role requires travel up to 75%, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to climb and lift, with a salary range of $79,000.00 to $158,000.00 annually.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years experience in PLC, HVAC controls or building automation.
• 2+ years of team management or supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license and insurable by company.
• Able to climb ladders or lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Regular site visits to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Resource allocation with project and branch managers.
• Budget and quality oversight for negotiated work.
• Coordinate scheduling with subcontractors and trades.
• Use Cora PPM to assign tasks and track logs.
• Mentor and onboard new hires; performance reviews.
• Participate in recruitment and standards improvement.
• Liaise with customers, subcontractors, and management.
• Lead meetings for turnover, pre-bid, and close-out.
• Provide high-level technical guidance on ALC systems.
