Job summary

Enterprise Products Partners L.P. is seeking a highly organized Field Engineering Project Analyst to support the Field Engineering Management team in Houston.

The role focuses on project administration, financial and reporting support, invoice coordination, procurement activities, and general admin functions. The successful candidate will collaborate with Engineering, Accounting, Payables, and Project Management to ensure accurate project setup and execution, with a strong emphasis on data

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience providing administrative, project coordination, or project analyst support.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency, accountability, and responsiveness.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Familiarity with the energy midstream industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage new projects in Oracle with accurate descriptions, budgets, and allocations.
  • Maintain project records and ensure data integrity in Oracle.
  • Develop and generate project reports for management decision-making and efficiency.
  • Submit material and service requisitions per procurement policies.
  • Coordinate invoice processing between Project Management and Accounts Payable.
  • Assist with invoice processing, work orders, and contract administration tasks.
  • Generate ad hoc financial, cost, and project status reports as requested.
  • Review project cost reports and coordinate with accounting to resolve issues.
  • Provide admin support to the Director of Field Engineering and others, including scheduling and correspondence.
  • Create and maintain professional presentations and communications using MS Office.
  • Coordinate information flow and document management across the department.
  • Maintain departmental records, org charts, contact lists, and emergency contacts.
  • Update office floor plans and coordinate facility-related issues with Building Management.
  • Greet visitors and manage front-desk duties.
  • Support special projects and other admin/analytical duties as assigned.
