Job summary

Enterprise Products in Houston is seeking an entry-level Cost Coordinator to support cost control activities across capital growth, field engineering, and asset integrity projects. You will review invoices, forecast costs, and assist with project cash flow analysis and accruals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and up to 4 years of experience in cost control, with proficiency in Excel and data analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required.
Degree in Engineering, Construction Science or Accounting preferred.
0–4 years in cost control or related fields preferred.
Experience with project cost management in energy/construction projects is a plus.
Familiarity with project controls systems and reporting tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

Review project invoices and ensure proper coding to planned budget expenditure types.
Analyze and update actual cost data in forecast from Property Accounting for all assigned projects.
Review and initiate project cost transfers to correct project coding.
Provide project cash flow analysis for growth capital reporting.
Oversee invoice accrual process on capital and expense projects.
Lead monthly forecast review meetings with Project managers.
Assist project managers and Property Accounting with project in-service process.
Ensure Project Control deliverables and systems are implemented timely and accurately.
