Job summary

Epcon is seeking an experienced Execution Manager to oversee planning and field delivery of technology-driven projects in pipeline environments. You will coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, and technical teams to ensure projects run from pre-mobilization through closeout.

• Experience in pipeline operations and industrial field delivery.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and effective communication with clients and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop execution plans and schedules for field deployments and system installations.
• Coordinate mobilization, site readiness, equipment, and workforce requirements.
• Confirm safety documentation, permits, access, and customer requirements before mobilization.
• Lead kickoff meetings and provide oversight through execution.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as conditions change.
• Support closeout and ensure outstanding field items are resolved.
