Job summary

Christy Media Solutions is seeking a Field Engineering Manager/Supervisor to lead and mentor a growing US field engineering team. This hands-on leadership role combines system installations, troubleshooting and customer support in mission-critical environments while guiding engineers across the country.

You will work closely with customers and internal technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues, provide escalation support, and drive operational delivery across multiple verticals.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in field engineering or technical support.
• Experience leading, mentoring or supervising technical engineers.
• Proficiency with audio-visual and networking technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and mentor a team of Field Engineers.
• Remain hands-on with system installations, configuration and commissioning.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Provide technical support via phone, email, remote access and onsite visits.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance activities.
• Coordinate field activity and allocate engineering resources effectively.
• Support system staging and configuration.
• Assist with technical documentation, reporting and processes.
• Deliver end-user training and demonstrations as required.
• Support development of junior Field Engineers.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
