Job summary

Christy Media Solutions is seeking multiple Field Engineers to join our US team. This hands-on, field-based role focuses on system installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer support across mission-critical environments in broadcasting, defense, oil & gas, and utilities.

The position suits candidates with IT or AV hardware, networking, or technical support experience who enjoy direct interaction with customers and solving technical issues on-site and remotely.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical customer support, hardware, AV, or engineering environments.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN, TCP/IP, DHCP).
• Experience with Windows systems and applications.
• Ability to travel extensively (50-75%).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/hold a valid passport.
• Experience with video over IP or network streaming protocols.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure systems and equipment.
• Provide technical support via phone, email, remote access, and onsite visits.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform maintenance activities.
• Support system staging and configuration.
• Assist with technical documentation and reporting.
• Deliver basic end-user training.
• Support inventory management and technical demonstrations.
