Insituform Technologies, LLC is seeking a seasoned construction manager to oversee production, safety, quality and project management standards on multiple projects in the United States. The role includes pre-bid site surveys, contract execution, startup and closeout, with collaboration across field crews and subcontractors to control costs and ensure profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 2+ years of related field construction management experience.
• Or 5+ years of field construction experience managing an annual $1MM portfolio of projects.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and project support for production, safety, quality and project management standards.
• Responsible for pre-bid site surveys, contract execution/start-up, and closeout.
• Work with field crews and subcontractors to track and manage project costs and meet production targets.
• Attend pre-bid, pre-construction and status meetings with customers.
• Prepare, submit and track Submittals and RFIs; assist with scheduling and awarding of Subcontracts.
