Job summary

Insituform Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple water and wastewater construction projects. You will plan schedules, manage budgets, and oversee submittals, contracts, and status reporting.

The role requires strong financial acumen, leadership, and collaboration with operations and business development, with travel as needed. A BS in Construction Management and 10+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• BS degree with a concentration in Construction Management or related field is required; MS preferred.
• 10+ years of water/wastewater construction experience and management experience.
• Experience managing project/portfolio P&L and balance sheet calculations.
• Strong financial acumen and familiarity with cost accounting and percent-of-cost systems.
• Proficient in JD Edwards and scheduling tools (Primavera P6/Contract Manager).
• Travel overnight as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control multiple projects, maintaining schedules and budgets.
• Prepare estimates, site surveys, submittals, and contract documents.
• Administer owner and subcontractor contracts and conduct meetings.
• Track costs, revenue recognition, and monthly financial reporting.
• Lead field teams, coordinate with operations and business development.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on projects.
