Insituform Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple water/wastewater rehabilitation projects. You will plan schedules, manage budgets, and prepare progress reports while coordinating submittals and contract administration with customers and subcontractors.

The role requires a BS in Construction Management or related field, 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater construction, and strong cost/accounting skills. Travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in water/wastewater construction or related field with management experience.
• Experience managing project/portfolio P&L and balance sheet calculations.
• Strong proficiency in MS Word/Excel; JD Edwards; familiarity with Primavera tools.

Responsabilités

• Plan and control multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules and budgets to meet estimates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate submittals and critical documents per specifications.
• Administer contracts with customers and subcontractors.
• Lead project meetings with operations and subcontractors.
• Monitor safety, quality, and cost performance; update PM system daily.
• Ensure timely billings, cost tracking, and profit/Loss oversight.
• Collaborate with operations and Business Development.
• Travel as required.
