Job summary

Insituform Technologies, LLC seeks an experienced Project Manager to plan and control multiple pipe rehabilitation projects, develop schedules and budgets, and manage submittals and contracts. You will lead meetings with operations and subcontractors, ensure accurate cost tracking, and drive on-time, within-budget performance.

Requires a BS in Construction Management or Engineering, 10+ years in water/wastewater construction, and strong P&L/cost accounting experience.

Qualifications

• BS degree with a concentration in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is required; Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of water/wastewater construction or related construction industry experience and management experience is required.
• Experience managing project/portfolio P&L, and Balance Sheet calculations.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and JD Edwards is required; familiarity with Primavera Contract Manager and P6 is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain construction project schedules and budgets.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and cost analyses.
• Administer project meetings with operations and subcontractors.
• Review and acquire contracts; manage contract administration for owner and subcontractor contracts.
• Perform field investigations to assess quality, safety, and costs.
• Update project management system with actual job costs and commitments.
