Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of LAN/WAN networking and network security concepts.
- Experience with RF systems, antenna networks, transmitters, receivers, and packet switching.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills in high-pressure environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage optimization, testing, and documentation of upgrade processes for complex communication systems.
- Provision system infrastructure and troubleshoot hardware and software components.
- Execute server hardware, OS, and software upgrades and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project teams to deliver advanced solutions.
