Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks a Field Engineer to manage technical functions, test equipment, and oversee engineering projects on site. You will conduct site inspections, ensure compliance, and apply engineering knowledge to practical problems.

You will establish horizontal and vertical control, verify consultant data, and coordinate drawings to avoid conflicts. Proficiency with surveying instruments and AutoCAD is expected to support daily pours and earthwork calculations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret structural/architectural drawings.
• Compute concrete quantities for daily pours and monitor earthwork.

Responsibilities

• Establish horizontal control and verify accuracy of consultant-provided control.
• Establish working control points and maintain vertical/horizontal control.
• Set up and calibrate surveying instruments (Total Station, auto level).
• Read contour maps and compute earthwork; perform grade calculations.
• Coordinate drawings to identify conflicts and ensure project compliance.
• Engage with clients and support site inspections and feasibility studies.
