Job summary

Qualifications

• Read structural/architectural/shop drawings and extract required layout information.
• Ability to interpret plans and translate into field actions.
• Familiar with AutoCAD or similar drafting tools for on-site accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage project control and establish horizontal/vertical control on site.
• Verify accuracy of consultant-provided control and establish working control points.
• Maintain control data and perform regular verifications throughout the project.
• Care for and calibrate field instruments including Total Station and levels.
• Read and interpret drawings; compute earthwork, footing and column layouts.
• Ensure safety and compliance on an active construction site.
