Qualifications

• Able to read and understand Structural/Architectural/Shop Drawings
• Coordinate between drawings and discern potential conflicts
• Proficient in using scales and measurement tools
• Compute concrete quantities for daily pours and earthwork

Responsibilities

• Manage project control and establish horizontal and vertical control
• Verify accuracy of consultant-provided control
• Establish working control points and benchmarks
• Maintain and calibrate survey instruments and level loops
• Compute and track concrete during pours and earthwork
