Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a Field Engineer to support site-based construction across solar and BESS projects. You will work with Project Engineers, Managers, and Superintendents to help deliver projects from preconstruction to client acceptance.

The role requires relocation to project sites in the United States and ongoing site rotations. You will gain hands-on experience while contributing to safe, on-time project delivery in a dynamic energy infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering (or equivalent construction/energy experience).
• Ability to read and apply IFC drawings and project specs for civil/electrical work.
• Strong coordination, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist site leadership on construction aspects for solar/battery storage projects from start to client acceptance.
• Coordinate with project team to prioritize safety, quality, and schedule.
• Support RFI/submittal processes and project administration as assigned.
• Track progress with subs/suppliers and prepare reports and spreadsheets.
