B.H. Inc. is hiring a Field Engineer in Milford, Utah.

The role involves keeping a renewable energy construction project organized by connecting the field crew with the office team. Pay ranges from $23.00 to $30.00 per hour, with weekly pay and a benefits package including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with match, and PTO. You will report to the Project Manager, manage quantities, schedules, and paperwork, and ensure smooth communication between field and office.

Qualifications

• Experience in field engineering or similar construction role.
• Proficiency with construction documentation and project coordination.
• Willingness to travel frequently for project work.
• Ability to verify field quantities and report progress.

Responsibilities

• Verify field quantities and update the Daily Construction Report.
• Update the 4 Week Look Ahead Schedule regularly.
• Develop RFIs, submittals, and task plans; assist with change orders.
• Track IRA and apprenticeship compliance.
• Coordinate with 811 and update weekly dig permits.
• Audit labor and equipment; review invoices and material deliveries.
• Manage badges, timesheets, PTO, overtime, and daily hotwash documentation.
