Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer to support the project team in technical information management, change orders, RFIs, and submittals. The role offers a progression path (I, II, Senior) with increasing responsibility as skills develop.

You will collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers while learning PMP concepts and safety culture on site.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; requires a four-year construction-related degree or equivalent technical/field experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Engineer in developing and maintaining as-built drawings and submittals.
• Support change orders, RFIs, meeting minutes, and budget forecasting.
• Maintain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subs, and suppliers.
• Understand PMP and change management processes; support project scope activities.
• Assist in BIM coordination between subcontractors and designers and ORD documentation.
