The role advances through three steps (I, II, Senior) to grow skills and experience. A four-year construction-related degree or equivalent field experience is preferred, with MS Office proficiency expected.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position requiring a four-year construction-related degree or equivalent technical/field experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assists Project Engineer in developing and maintaining as-built drawings and submittals, change orders, RFl's, and budget forecasting.
• Supports project management plan execution and change management processes.
• Ensures quality management and safety culture on the project.
• May assist in calculating daily production rates and unit costs for self-performed work, and participate in risk management.
• Oversees BIM coordination between subcontractors and designers as needed.
• Assist in documentation for LEED certification and updating ORD drawings.
• Provide lines, grades and layout as required and maintain a logbook.
• Support superintendents and help resolve field problems.
