Qualifications

• Entry-level, 4-year construction degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to interface and communicate with others is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Engineer with as-built drawings and processing submittals, change orders, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Maintain project communication with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Support writing change orders, RFIs, and review submittals and budgets.
• Assist in BIM coordination between subcontractors and designers.
• Assist in LEED documentation and create/update Digital Record Drawings.
• Provide lines, grades and layout as required and maintain logbooks.
