Stonhard in Atlanta, GA seeks a technical specialist to handle field inquiries, manage the QA-22 region system, and coordinate testing and training. You will review quotes to ensure accurate product coverage and labor details, and work with field teams to ensure site-quality audits.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Salesforce.com and Microsoft 365. Flexibility and self-direction are essential for success in a rapidly changing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering is required.
• Ability to proactively identify opportunities and implement solutions quickly.
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Flexible and able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment.
• Proficient with Salesforce.com and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical inquiries from field personnel, Sales, CMG, and IMG; investigate field issues.
• Manage QA-22 system for the region; determine issue and cause.
• Analyze QA-22 data for trends and implement changes or training.
• Coordinate sample taking and lab testing; provide onsite training as needed.
• Review quotes/orders to ensure correct products, coverage, labor, and details for quality installations.
• Work with new TM's and field personnel to ensure technical competency in site evaluation and detailing.
• Conduct quarterly technical updates with regional field personnel.
