Job summary

Westlake Royal Stone Solutions is seeking a Masonry Technical Installation Representative to serve as the technical subject matter expert for installation training and product questions. You will develop and implement classroom and field installation training programs for our products.

The role covers TN, NC, SC, FL with minimal travel to AL and LA. Ideal candidate sits near Atlanta, GA and must be willing to travel for site trainings and contractor engagements.

Qualifications

• 5 years of construction experience and/or masonry experience.
• 3 years installing manufactured stone veneer preferred.
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
• Well versed in installation techniques, building codes and product warranties.
• Time management and problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated and results-driven.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead training on Westlake Royal Stone Solutions products and installation guidelines for sales teams and consumers.
• Deliver product knowledge training to educate and create demand for ancillary products.
• Present PowerPoint training for contractors, builders and industry professionals.
• Improve installation quality through hands-on training.
• Develop relationships with contractors and installation companies within the territory.
• Participate in preconstruction and jobsite visits for ongoing projects.
• Support area sales managers with job-specific training and demand pull-through.
• Provide support to regional sales teams to grow sales through product knowledge and service.
• Support Warranty Claims Dept through site visits for information gathering.
