Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• 5-8 years of field service or related technical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and software systems.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and service management systems.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-facing professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and startup of advanced systems at client sites.
