Lockheed Martin in Colorado Springs near Ft. Carson is seeking a Field Systems Engineer to perform technical analysis of product implementations and resolve complex issues in accordance with customer specifications.
You will serve as the local on-site representative and may deploy to OCONUS locations as needed. The role requires experience evaluating electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems, with strong diagnostic skills and the ability to coordinate actions with customers and internal teams

Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution. Assesses product needs in accordance with customer specifications. Conducts technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives. Acts as local on-site representative to customer's organization.

This position is located at Ft. Carson Colorado in support of the US Army HIMARS. The FSR must possess a detailed understanding of the HIMARS/MLRS systems and associated equipment to include fault isolation, diagnostics and repair of the electrical/hydraulic/mechanical systems. The candidate will represent Lockheed Martin and will require a positive, professional work attitude. Candidate must be able to maintain a good working relationship with the customer. Candidate will be required to deploy to OCONUS locations and to war zone locations. Candidate is required to take a post-offer, pre-employment physical to determine if individual is deployable. Must be able to obtain an (interim Secret Clearance within 90 day) after employment. Must obtain a passport within the first 60 days of employment.
Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00
